Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Booking (Non-Refundable)
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Cancellations or no-shows do not qualify for refunds.
- Date changes are treated as cancellations and require a new booking.
2. Flexible Booking (Free Cancellation Option)
You can upgrade your reservation by paying an additional
Free Cancellation Fee at the time of booking.
- Full refund of the booking amount (excluding the Free Cancellation Fee).
- Cancel without penalty within the allowed cancellation window.
- The Free Cancellation Fee is non-refundable.
- Free cancellation is valid until 1 day before check-in.

Cancellations made after this window follow the Standard Booking rules
(non-refundable).
3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made after the free cancellation window will not be refunded.
- No-shows are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable.
4. Booking Modifications
- Modifications follow the rules of the original booking type.
- Standard Bookings cannot be modified without forfeiting the payment.

Flexible Bookings may be modified (subject to availability)
before the free cancellation window closes.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1–7 business days.
- The Free Cancellation Fee is not included in any refund.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
All cancellations—including for medical, travel, or personal emergencies—remain subject
to the rules of the booking type selected.
