These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Virgin Villa LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By booking, accessing, or using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment (or deposit) as specified during checkout.
• We accept the payment methods shown on our site. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
• Prices may include taxes and fees; cleaning and security deposits are shown at booking when applicable.

2. Free Cancellation Option

Where offered, you may choose a Flexible Booking / Free Cancellation option by paying an additional fee at checkout. The fee is non-refundable. Free cancellation rules and deadlines are displayed during booking and apply as described in our Cancellation Policy.

3. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules

• You must comply with posted house rules, noise policies, occupancy limits, and local laws.
• No smoking, illegal activities, or unauthorised parties unless explicitly permitted.
• Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear & tear; repair/replacement costs may be charged.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in and check-out times are listed on your booking confirmation. Late check-out may incur fees.
• We may require ID verification at check-in. Refusal may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

Cancellations follow the rules selected at booking (Standard or Flexible). No-shows and late cancellations may be non-refundable. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Security Deposits & Damage Charges

Where applicable, a security deposit is collected to cover damages or excessive cleaning. We will notify you of any deductions and provide explanations and receipts where possible.

7. Access for Maintenance & Emergencies

We or our agents may access the property for scheduled maintenance, inspections, or emergencies. Except in emergencies, we will provide notice as required by law or as set out in the booking terms.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post changes and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
